Withdrawal limits versus bonus conversion caps
A withdrawal limit controls a payment request or payment schedule. A bonus conversion cap controls how much promotional value becomes withdrawable. They are different restrictions and should not be mixed in one comparison.

- An account might have a minimum payment amount, a maximum per transaction, a periodic processing limit and a separate ceiling on bonus-derived value.
- A conversion cap may be applied when wagering completes, when the bonus is cancelled or at another defined stage.
- If a request is delayed, ask for a written explanation, required documents and the applicable complaint route.
Name each type of limit
An account might have a minimum payment amount, a maximum per transaction, a periodic processing limit and a separate ceiling on bonus-derived value. The first three concern moving eligible funds; the last can concern how much is eligible at all. Ask which category applies and whether the term relates to deposited money, ordinary winnings or a promotional balance.
Check the order of operations
A conversion cap may be applied when wagering completes, when the bonus is cancelled or at another defined stage. A payment-method limit could then govern the resulting withdrawal. Without the sequence, a phrase such as maximum cashout is ambiguous. Preserve the full sentence and surrounding definitions, not just the numerical value clipped from a table.
Do not gamble to solve a payment problem
If a request is delayed, ask for a written explanation, required documents and the applicable complaint route. Continuing to stake money does not establish the legitimacy of a delay and can reduce the amount in dispute. Never make an additional payment to an unverified recipient merely because a message claims it will remove a withdrawal block.
A detail worth checking
Payment status labels also need interpretation. Requested, approved, sent and received describe different stages, and a timestamp at one stage does not establish completion of another. Record the method, amount, request reference and stated processing window. If the payment was sent but not received, a trace or payment reference may be more useful than discussing wagering terms again. If approval remains pending, ask which specific condition is unresolved. Keeping these questions separate helps a complaint identify whether the disagreement concerns entitlement, verification or the movement of already approved funds.
Worked example · hypothetical
Two ceilings, different effects
Suppose €90 of bonus-derived funds meet the release conditions but a disclosed conversion ceiling is €40. Only €40 may be converted under that hypothetical term. A €20 per-transaction payment limit would then concern transferring that eligible amount, not restoring the discarded €50. Local fairness requirements still matter.
- Identify the relevant account event and preserve its original wording.
- Separate known facts from assumptions before drawing a conclusion.
- Use the applicable official source or complaint route when a material question remains.

No. It may refer to a conversion cap, which affects the eligible amount itself.
Can a displayed balance be assumed withdrawable?
