Free spins: count the value and the restrictions
A free-spin count is not a cash amount. Its meaning depends on the fixed stake, permitted game, treatment of returns and any conditions attached to the resulting balance.

- Thirty spins at €0.10 have €3 of nominal stake allocation; ten at €0.50 have €5.
- An offer can have a deadline to claim the spins, another to use them and a further deadline for any resulting restricted credit.
- Some structures credit returns directly to a cash wallet; others create a bonus wallet with additional conditions.
Start with the stake per spin
Thirty spins at €0.10 have €3 of nominal stake allocation; ten at €0.50 have €5. Neither figure is the expected cash received, because outcomes are uncertain and the promotional stake may not itself be withdrawable. Multiplying count by stake is useful for describing the allocation, but it is not a valuation of the offer or a recommendation to play.
Separate spin expiry from winnings expiry
An offer can have a deadline to claim the spins, another to use them and a further deadline for any resulting restricted credit. Record each event separately. A visible countdown may apply only to the first stage. Also check whether the game can be substituted or whether unavailable software means the benefit cannot be used. Ask for a written answer rather than choosing a different game by assumption.
Read where returns go
Some structures credit returns directly to a cash wallet; others create a bonus wallet with additional conditions. A cash-conversion cap may reduce what can leave that wallet. The phrase free spins says nothing about this accounting. National rules can constrain these structures, so generic examples must be read alongside the local guide.
A detail worth checking
A spin package can be tied to a specific game configuration or a named version of a title. A similar-looking game in the same lobby may not be eligible. The offer should also explain whether unused spins disappear if the title becomes unavailable and how technical interruptions are handled. Keep the game identifier and allocation date with the terms. Do not substitute cash play merely because a promotional spin button has vanished; that could spend deposited money without using the intended benefit. Ask support to identify the status of the existing allocation first.
Worked example · hypothetical
Nominal stake is not a payout
A hypothetical package contains 25 spins at €0.20, giving €5 in nominal stake allocation. If the resulting balance is €4, that is an observed outcome, not a shortfall against a guaranteed €5 payment. Whether that €4 is withdrawable depends on the disclosed conditions and the rules that apply locally.
- Identify the relevant account event and preserve its original wording.
- Separate known facts from assumptions before drawing a conclusion.
- Use the applicable official source or complaint route when a material question remains.

Common questions
Can I select any stake?
Usually the offer defines the stake or allowed values; do not infer flexibility from the word free.
Are spin winnings always cash?
No. Check the destination wallet and any lawful, disclosed conversion conditions.
