Czechia: use the current legal-operator record
The Czech Finance Ministry publishes legal and illegal gambling information, permitted activities and excluded-person resources. Lists may be dated spreadsheets. A table copied into a bonus article can be less current than the official source and should not be treated as permanent evidence.

- National permission matters more than international branding.
- Check the company, domain and game category together.
- Promotions never override local law or protective measures.
The local distinction that matters
Open the newest applicable information and identify the account company and game category. Keep the Czech category alongside the English explanation so translation does not broaden the permission. If a company or domain changes, save the earlier contract and current record to establish which entity accepted funds.
Protection and practical limits
The ministry also provides information on unpaid winnings and exclusion. Those address different problems: a financial dispute needs records and a complaint route; gambling harm calls for protective tools and support. Neither requires continued play to make an account look active.
A spreadsheet’s date is part of its meaning
The Czech ministry regularly publishes dated information. Keep the title and date of the file, not only a copied row. If an operator’s status is questioned later, that record shows what was checked at the time without pretending the status can never change. A newer file may supersede an older copy hosted by a publisher. The appropriate response to a mismatch is to consult current ministry information, not choose whichever version supports the promotion.
Separate unpaid-winnings information from exclusion
The ministry’s gambling hub offers resources for both unpaid winnings and the register of excluded persons. A person can need both, but they address different issues. For a financial question, preserve the operator, account history and amount claimed. For a need to stop, follow the exclusion information without waiting for the payment dispute to finish. A bonus counter is neither a debt owed to the operator nor a requirement to demonstrate continued activity before seeking help.
Common questions
Is a publisher’s legal-casino list definitive?
No. Verify the current official record and its date.
Can all amounts be read as euros?
No. Preserve account currency, rounding and conversion conditions rather than silently converting the contract.
